A Registered User is able to see what case(s) a Firm Service Contact is attached to by viewing the Firm Service Contacts page.
- Click the orange Actions button (Menu) located to the top right of the efile site
- Click on Service Contacts or Firm Service Contacts
- Locate the Service Contact in question. Click the word Actions to the right of the contact.
- Select View Attached Case List
- Any case the contact has been attached to as a Service Contact will display. This list will automatically update whenever the contact is added/removed from a case's service contacts list.
