Sometimes, when users view the email notifications including links to files - like the Accepted email notification - the View Document link does not work properly.
If you cannot open the document using the View Document link in the Accepted email notification, right-click on the View Document link, click Copy Link Address in the right-click context menu, then paste that link into a new tab to download or open the document.
You may also check the link address, as there may be a missing "." between the word "documents" and the "aspx" suffix.
Other Potential Causes
Download links could be blocked or interfered with by several factors:
- browser settings (Switching browsers can resolve the problem.)
- computer firewall settings
- work terminal's security settings
- link expiration
