After requesting a password reset through the Forgot Password option on the Sign in page, an email is sent to the email entered for the request.
If you have not received that email, check your bulk and spam mail within your email inbox.
If you want to resend the password reset email, return to the eFile site and select Forgot Password again to enter your email address. If the account doesn't exist, that means that the wrong email was registered. Go back and re-register.
If the password reset email was resent and you still haven't received the activation, it is possible that your email service provider has blocked the outgoing activation email, click here to learn how to whitelist the incoming email.
