If a user forgets to click on the link in the activation email sent to them after registration, the following message will appear in the Email Status field to the right of their username in the Firm Admin's Firm Users page:
Have the user check their email Inbox for the activation email from the efile system. Ensure they check their Junk or Spam folders as well, or that they use the search function to locate the email (if available). Once located, have the user click the link in the activation email to activate their account.
If they cannot locate the activation email, the Firm Administrator can prompt the system to resend the activation email.
- From the Filer Dashboard, click the orange Actions button at the upper right corner of the screen, then select the Users (or Firm Users) option.
- In the Users page: click the black Actions link to the far right of the user's name.
- Finally, click the Resent Activation option in the dropdown menu.
The user may also try to prompt the system to resend the activation email themselves. For more information on that process, please refer to the article below.
