Sometimes, when a user files into a case they see the following error message:
"Warning: Unable to load the latest information for this case. You may still file on this case, but some of the case information displayed may be out of date."
This warning message typically occurs when a user files into a case when the court's Case Management System (CMS) is unavailable or when they file into a case via their Filing History or via a bookmark.
Some of the data in the case may be out of date, but users should still be able to file into their cases.
Some users have reported being unable to select Filing Types or Filing Codes for cases that generate these warning messages. Users should clear their browser's cookies & cache, try saving and exiting then re-entering the draft, or logging out then logging back in to resolve that error.
