If a user already has an efiling account tied to their email address, they will see the following error message when they attempt to register with that email address again:
"A user is already registered with this email address."
The user should instead attempt to login by clicking the blue Sign In button at the landing page, then they should click the blue Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the login screen to reset their password.
