When viewing your eservice details in your Filing History, you should see the following information in the Filings section: the Status of your served documents; the Name of the individual you served the documents to; the Firm that individual works for; the Served status; the Date Opened; and the error Log. See the illustration below for an example.
The Date Opened section refers to when the individual you sent eservice to opened the email notification they received from the system and clicked the Download Document link in the email, as shown below.
For the Date Opened field in the eservice details to register a date and time, the individual receiving the Notification of Service MUST click the Download Document link in the email notification.
