View Unavailable Payment Accounts

Some courts do not accept all payment types, like e-checks (direct bank withdrawals) or American Express debit or credit cards. Some payment types expire and cannot be used until that payment data is updated in the efiling system.

These payment methods do not appear in the Payment Account dropdown menu. Instead, they appear in a separate menu that appears when a user clicks the blue View Unavailable Payment Accounts link under the Payment Accounts menu.

You would need to add a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover if American Express and/or e-check payment methods are not accepted at this court location.

By viewing this list of Unavailable Payment Accounts, a user can see which accounts have expired (and need to have their payment data updated in the Payment Accounts page) and which accounts are not accepted at that court location.
