To sign your court forms using a physical signature, you will need to print out your forms, sign them physically, then scan them again and re-save them as PDF documents. You will then file these signed documents via our system.
- Some courts allow for the use of e-signatures: essentially typing your name into a PDF document's signature line. Contact your court to see if they allow the use of e-signatures on efiled documents.
