If the eFile site displays your envelope status as "Submitted," this indicates it has been successfully sent by the system to the court, was received by the court, and is awaiting review from a clerk who processes court filings.
If the court is unable to process your envelope or is unable to view the envelope on their end, we recommend the court clerks contact their channel of support - which may include contacting our Court Support team - for assistance.
