Do you (or does your law firm) have too many duplicate Service Contact entries in your personal/firm Service Contacts list? Here's how to resolve the problem:
1.) From the Filer Dashboard: Click on the orange Actions button at the upper right and select the Service Contacts option.
2.) In the Service Contacts list: Click on the black Actions link to the immediate right of the Service Contact entry you need to work on.
3.) Select the Replace Contact option.
4.) Replace this Service Contact entry by selecting the Replace with an Existing Service Contact option.
5.) Select the duplicate name/email address in the Existing Service Contacts dropdown menu.
6.) Click Save to finalize the merger/replacement.
If there are more than one duplicate entry, repeat this process again until all the duplicates are combined into one Service Contact entry.
The cases attached to those previous duplicate Service Contract entries will now be on the remaining lone Service Contact entry.
