Some law firms have multiple firm accounts, some per state they file in, some per city they operate in, or any other reason they may need many firm accounts. Sometimes, a paralegal, an attorney, or another filer employed by such a law firm needs to transfer from one division of the firm to another while retaining their firm email address, meaning their efiling account must transfer to the new division's firm account. How can this be accomplished?
Unfortunately, an efiling account attached to one firm account cannot be transferred to another. The Firm Administrator from the filer's prior firm must delete that filer's original account so the new firm account's administrator can use that filer's email address to register a new account for the filer.
