Filings have been accepted by the clerks, but the "Accepted" email notifications have not been sent.
Some courts are set up with a two-step acceptance process requiring them to accept the filing in their review queues as well as within their case management systems (CMS) in order for the accepted notifications to be sent out. If both steps are not performed, email notifications will not be sent out.
Filers may contact technical support staff at 1-800-297-5377 to request a resend on Service Notifications whose statuses are listed as either Error or Not Sent. Technical support will not be able to resend Filing Notifications (Accepted, Submitted, Rejected, etc.), or Service Notifications whose statuses show as Sent.
Please Note: we cannot resend the unsent notifications unless we can verify that the filing was Accepted by the court clerks.
Regardless whether notifications are sent again or not, filers may obtain file-stamped copies of their documents using this method.
