Sometimes, a filer may already have an efiling account that they haven't used in a long time when they attempt to register a new account. Here's a quick way a filer can find out if they already have an account or not.
Click the green Register button in the "Actions" box on the Landing Page.
Once you are at the User Information tab in the Registration page, enter your email in the Email Address input field. If you already have an account, a red error message should appear under the input field that reads, "A user is already registered with this email address."
If you already have an efiling account, simply click the website's logo at the upper left corner of the website or click the Back button on your web browser to return to the Landing Page and sign in.

Our support staff cannot register or delete an efiling account for you!
