When a new payment account is added to the system, it can sometimes appear inactive. See the illustration below for more examples.
This may be caused by browser settings that interfered at the time of adding the payment account. Try deleting the payment account, then edit your browser settings before re-adding the payment account.

If that does not resolve the problem, your card may be expired. If it isn't expired, contact your financial institution for more information.
