Sometimes, people change email addresses. When this happens, some users unfortunately lose access to the old email addresses that they used to register for the efiling system with or that their email notifications and password reset emails are going to before they have time to change their email addresses in the efiling system.
When this happens, you will need to create a new account using an email address that you have access to. The efiling system will consistently send emails to you regarding your efiling or eservice emails from other parties in a case, so you must have a viable email address that will allow you to regularly accept emails from the efiling system.
