When submitting into an existing case, you are presented with two filing options: "File Into Case" and "File Into Case With Template".
"File Into Case" refers to filing directly into a case from scratch: you are creating a brand new subsequent filing into an existing case, and you will fill in all the details from the Filings section to the Fees section on your own.

"File Into Case With Template" refers to using a template you created earlier to file into your case. This is usually done by lawyers, paralegals, and other legal professionals who submit specific filings repeatedly and use pre-created templates they set up beforehand to streamline the filing process and make it faster.
