Mozilla Firefox
To clear your browser cache and cookies, click the three-line ("hamburger") menu button at the upper right corner of the screen, to the right of the browser's web address bar, then click the History option.
On the History menu, click the Clear Recent History option.

Top right click on the three dots at the top right of your browser window. Click on History in the drop down menu. Click History.
On the left side, click on Clear browsing data.
The Clear Browsing Data menu appears. Click on Advanced, will highlight in blue.
Click into the “Time range:” and select All Time.
Check the boxes to the left of “Cached images and files” and "Cookies and other site data".
Uncheck all other boxes, not required.
Click on Clear Data.
Refresh browser using the F5 key at the top of your keyboard. You can also close or re-open the browser.
Apple Safari
In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, click Privacy, then do the following:

Change the Time range at the top to All Time. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Then, click Clear now.
It is recommended that you close and reopen the browser to finish the process.
Internet Explorer
Select Tools at the top right of your screen. Choose Internet Options.
Locate Browsing History section and click the Delete... button.
Select the follow boxes Temporary Internet files and Cookies and website date
Click Delete. Then click OK.
