If your court requires you to file a Word document, as well as a PDF when submitting Proposed Orders, you will see a second area to upload the Word document below the normal 'Lead Document' upload area. This section will only appear when 'Proposed Order' is selected as the filing code.
Note: If you do not have a field to upload the Word document version, you will need to reach out to the court for assistance. This upload option is configured by the court's request.
