This means someone on the service contact list did not receive the service notification. Two reasons this could happen:
- The service email was rejected by the user's server. The owners of this email will need to whitelist the eFile notifications email. See How do I whitelist an e-mail?
- The email address is incorrect on the case service contact list. To check the service contact list of cases, click here to learn how.

It is recommended to try serving the contact that service was undeliverable to after troubleshooting, or using a different method of service approved by your court.
