Instructions below on how to add a administrative copy email to a service contact. Anytime this service contact gets eServed on a specific case, the administrative copy will also receive the service notification email.
Click on the Orange Actions and select Firm Service Contacts.
Click on the name of the Service contact that needs a administrative copy.(Will highlight in blue)
Scroll down and enter the email(s) into the Administrative Copy field.
Please Note: You may enter multiple email addresses in the administrative copy field, you will just need to separate the email addresses with a comma. Do not use any spaces or other characters to seperate the emails.
As an "Administrative Copy" you would only receive a copy of Service Notifications sent to the Service Contact you are attached to. You would not receive a copy of the submitted, accepted, rejected or submission failed notifications, as those notifications are only sent to the submitting user email.
