This error message is caused by a special character at the beginning of the password (i.e. .!@#$%^&*). If you are receiving this error message, it is recommended to reset your password.

Please Note: Users who are using programs that automatically generate a password, such as LastPass, will need to either disable these programs or close them out before resetting the password and attempting to sign in.
If the problem persists, please use a different web browser to ensure no password autofill is occurring in the browser or with an application in the browser.
