Filers may occasionally receive the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error message, which means their connection to the website has been interrupted.
When this happens, use the following methods to troubleshoot the problem.

Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Ensure that your browser software is up to date.
Update your browser to the latest version or uninstall and reinstall your browser software to ensure optimal performance.

Disable your browser extensions.
Your browser extensions may be causing the problem. Try temporarily disabling them before accessing the eFile & Serve system.

Change browsers.
If your current browser continues to encounter the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error message, try using an entirely different browser. (Example: If you normally use Google Chrome, try using Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, or Brave Browser instead.)

Disable your device's firewall.
Your device's firewall may be interfering in the connection. Temporarily disable it, then try accessing the eFile & Serve website again.

Use a different device to connect to the eFile & Serve website.
If all the above troubleshooting methods fail, try using a laptop, smartphone, or a different desktop computer to access the eFile & Serve website instead.
