The eFile & Serve system sends out several types of email notifications to our filers and to others designated as e-service recipients by our filers.
Email Notification Type | Meaning / Purpose |
Accepted | Filers receive this type of email notification when their submitted filing has been accepted by the courts. |
Filing / Submitted | Filers receive this type of email notification as soon as they submit a filing. |
Rejected | Filers receive this type of email notification when their submitted filing has been rejected by the courts. Filers may also receive this type of email notification if their filing errored out after submission. |
Service | Email addresses other than the filer's receive this type of email notification when the filer designates them for e-service on the Service Contacts section of a case. |
System | Filers receive this type of email notification when the efiling system administrators wish to notify filers of outages and upcoming changes to the eFile & Serve system. |
