Sometimes, a user cannot find the Party Type they need when adding a Party to either a new or existing filing in the Party Information section.
All available Party types are configured per each court, per each case type. If the filer is adding a Party to an existing matter, the available Party Types may be based on the previously existing parties on the case.
When this occurs, contact the clerks at the court you are filing into to find out which of the available Party Types they would prefer you use when adding your Party or to have them edit existing Party information for you.
