Many court's might not use the service contact list of a case to send notifications of meetings or orders through the eFile website and will send it through their own court's internal email method. For example, in the state of Indiana, notifications of orders and meeting can come from firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have to check with your state help desk or local court clerk to verify how those notifications are being sent.
