Certain courts have the option to eFile at a court kiosk in the courthouse. The courts can be set up that every user is anonymous therefore the filing was not linked to any email or account. If the filing was done as anonymous, signing into your own eFile account will not show the filing done at the court kiosk.
If you need a copy of the accepted filing, you will need to contact the court for assistance.
