How Do I Request/Pay for Service or Citations?

First, you will need to create your request letter, ex. “Filing this letter to request service.”

Note: You may want to reach out to the court for more information on exactly what this letter should contain.

Then you would file into your case through the eFile system, to upload your request letter as the lead document and add the service fees from the optional service fees menu.
