When a filing is Rejected, Cancelled or has a Submission Failure, the pending authorization hold is NOT captured. Most banks and financial institutions require 3 to 14 business days before those funds can be released, depending on their policies surrounding authorization holds.
Prepaid cards can take 30 days to show the charges have been released.
