Before starting the eFiling process, you will need to have the documents that you want to send to the court saved as PDF file on your computer/laptop. For more information, click here.
Use these instructions if you:
- do NOT have a case number,
- have NOT been served with any documents in your case by other parties, and
- are filing a document into a brand new case for the first time.
Click on the orange Actions button at the top right corner, and select Start a New Case; or from your Filer Dashboard, under the New Filing section, click the blue Start a New Case button.
