The eFile and Serve website has implemented a new validation process for viewing documents. When you attempt to download a document from the website or notification email, you will be redirected to a new page where you will be required to enter an email address. This implementation is designed to bolster security and ensure proper management for document access.
At this time, only emails associated with the filing will validate. This includes the email used to submit the filing, service contacts, courtesy copies, and administrative contacts.
If you are registered as a firm account, any user assigned firm administrator privileges will be able to access the documents with their email address when viewing the envelope details from the eFile website.
NOTE: If you received a notification email, the download link contained within the email is unique to the email it is being sent to. Only the email of the direct recipient will validate. If you are forwarded an email, you must use the original recipient's email.
