If a filing is Rejected, Cancelled, or experiences a Submission Failure, the payment authorization hold is not captured and no funds are collected.
Most banks and financial institutions automatically release authorization holds within 3 to 14 business days, although the exact timeframe depends on their policies.
Note: If a prepaid card was used, it may take up to 30 days for the authorization hold to be released.
Once the authorization hold is released, you will not receive a refund transaction. Instead, the pending charge will simply disappear from your account or transaction history, as the payment was never completed.
If you need the funds released sooner, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution directly. In some cases, they may be able to expedite the release of the authorization hold.
Our Support Team is unable to remove or reverse authorization holds, as the release of these funds is determined solely by your bank or financial institution.
