The Maryland Failure to Pay Rent Portal allows users to submit Failure to Pay Rent cases with the same case categories/types, Filing Code, Filing Attorney, and Payment Account, all in one submission.
To begin, users will navigate to the Filing Dashboard by selecting the New Case Option for a Failure to pay rent case.
