Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure how much your total efiling fees will be, if any. All efiling fees are set by your local courts and will depend on what Court Location you are filing into, what your Case Type and Category are if you are filing a new case, what fees may be associated with the Filing Code you select, what optional services you are selecting (like mail service or copy fees for court documents you need), or whether or not you are filing with a waiver.
All efiling fees will appear in the Fees tab of your draft/envelope (after you click the "Calculating Fees" button). If you have any questions about the fees affiliated with your various efiling options, please contact the clerks at the court you are filing into for more information.
- NOTE: Fee waivers nullify all filing fees. Please contact your local court to see if you qualify to use a fee waiver and if you may obtain one from them. If you have a fee waiver already, please refer to the article below to add it to your efiling account.
- NOTE: New or initial cases usually incur court costs. Subsequent filings into already existing cases typically do not incur further costs, depending on the court's rules and statutes for the types of filings you are making.
