We at Tyler Technologies cannot prevent any user from adding any Service Contact to any case. Anyone who uses the eFile & Serve system can add any other person — including other users, individuals without eFile & Serve accounts, and even public officials — to a case's Service Contacts list at any time, and Tyler Technologies has no control over this.
You may reach out to the court directly to inquire about any procedures available to prevent someone from adding you to a case, or you may reach out to the other parties on a case to request they refrain from adding you to a case.
- NOTE: Filer Support agents cannot disclose what party added Service Contacts to a case's Service Contacts list.
If you have been added to a case's Service Contacts list by mistake, you may fill out the Service Contact Removal Request form and send it to us. Filer Support can then remove you from the Service Contacts lists of the cases specified.
