Sometimes, a Case Name / Case Style assigned to a case or the Party Information on that case contains incorrect information. Once an initial case filing has been accepted by the court and a Case or Cause Number and Case Name / Case Style have been assigned to the case, this information cannot be altered by Filer Support.
Existing Party information cannot be modified by filers through the eFile website. Once the case initiating filing has been accepted by the court, this information cannot be altered by Filer Support.
If any individuals or organizations must be added to the case as new Parties, they must be done via the "+Add More" button. If that button still appears at the bottom of the Party Information section, however, the filer may add another Party to the case themselves. If not, only the courts may add more Parties to a case.
