If you have clicked the Summary button at the bottom of your draft, and proceeded to the Summary page, but the Submit button does not load, there are a couple of troubleshooting steps you may take:
1.) Clear your browser's cookies and cache. If the browser did not load the page properly, clearing the cookies/cache will help refresh the browser. Once cleared log out and back into the efile site, and resume the draft from your Filing History.
2.) Sometimes, the Submit button takes a little while to load. Wait a few moments and the Submit button will eventually load.
