Sometimes, duplicates of user accounts under the same email address may appear in the Firm Users page. When this occurs, the system will not allow Firm Administrators to make any further changes to either the Firm Users list or the Firm Attorneys list until the problem is resolved.
When a Firm Administrator attempts to add another user, for example, they may receive an error message stating, "Error Could not update user 'example@email.com'. That email already exists."
To resolve the error, the Firm Attorney must delete the additional user account under the duplicate email in the Firm Users list.
