This article explains what data is contained within the various tabs in the financial reports generated by our website.

ORDER ID
The Order ID displays the identification number for each charge featured in a filing envelope. These ID numbers should appear next to charges from the eFile & Serve system in your personal financial or bank records. Each number contains the Envelope Number from our system followed by a hyphen and another digit representing each subordinate charge in an envelope (displayed in accordance with Texas Senate Bill 41).
ENVELOPE ID
The Envelope ID displays the Envelope Number generated by our system for each filing successfully submitted to the court.
CASE NUMBER & CASE DESCRIPTION
The Case Number and Case Description ("So and So vs. Someone" or "In the Matter of...") assigned by the court are displayed next.
STATUS
The Filing Status, which corresponds to the filing status for each envelope displayed in your Filing History, is displayed next.
DATE FILED & DATE REVIEWED
These fields display the date you filed your envelope and the date it was reviewed by the court.
FILING INFORMATION
The next fields display the filing information you set for your filing -- the Filing Code, Filing Title (Description), Filing Type, Client Reference Number, Lead Document PDF filename, and number of Lead Documents submitted -- when filling out the data in the Filings section of your envelope.
FILING FEES
The next fields display the filing fees and taxes broken down into their individual components (in accordance with Texas Senate Bill 41) and the Total Payment (the summation of all fees and taxes paid per filing).
ATTORNEY
Next, the Filing Attorney you selected for your filing (if any) in the Fees section is displayed.
FILER
Next, the name of the Filer is displayed.
FEES SECTION INFORMATION
Next, the data entered in the Fees section -- the Payment Account name, the Party Responsible for Fees, and the Filer Type -- are displayed.
REJECTION REASON
If your filing was rejected by the court, their stated reason for rejection the filing (which will also be shown in the Envelope Details for each filing in your Filing History) is displayed next.
REVIEW COMMENT
Finally, the court's Review Comments for rejected filings are displayed as well.
