For users filing from outside the United States of America, instructions for registering an out-of-the-country account are given below.
If you are registering from within United States, please use the standard registration instructions instead.
1. Click the word "Register" under the Actions section on the Landing Page.
2. Select your account type.
3. Select your country. If your country is not listed, select "Other" instead.
NOTE: Not all states have the "Other" option listed. If the state you are registering in does not have
the, "Other" option, you will need to either use the address of a friend or family member, or you must
contact the court for alternate means of filing.
4. Fill in the physical address data. Click Next once finished.
5. Click "I Agree - Create My Account" on the Register page.
6. Click the URL in the activation email the system has sent to you.
Once your account is activated, you will be able to begin filing new and into existing cases.
