The following methods can be used to determine if you are already registered to efile via the Odyssey File & Serve system or not.
1. Attempt to Reset Your Password.
Try resetting your password from the login screen using the "Forgot Password?" link. If you see a red message that says "That user does not exist" after entering your email address in the email input field and clicking the blue "Next" button, then you are not yet a registered Odyssey File & Serve user.
2. Attempt to Register a New eFile Account.
Try to register a new account using the green Register button on the landing page.
The first screen after that will prompt you to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and other necessities. If you have already registered an account in the Odyssey File & Serve system with that email address, you should see a red message underneath the Email Address input field that says, "A user is already registered with this email address," as shown below.
3. Contact eFile Support.
Lastly, you can always contact eFile Support via phone at 1-800-297-5377 or via email at efiling.support@tylertech.com, and our friendly and helpful software support representatives can check to see if a valid and active account has been registered to the email address you provide.

Our support staff cannot register or delete an efiling account for you!
